Broadspectrum have an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to join their Communications Team in Wellington.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

You will be working as part of a team responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of radio and cellular transmission equipment within the NZ Telecommunications network and NZ Power Environment. 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

As the successful candidate, you should have the following:

 

  • Experience or interest in telecommunication networks and related technologies
  • Like using hand tools
  • Not bothered by heights
  • Have good eye for detail, have good vision
  • Have a good head for numbers
  • Be practical
  • Willing to learn
  • Have a valid, full class 1 driver’s licence.

 

Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of the role, you will be required to feel comfortable with a large degree of work flexibility.

 

This position may require the incumbent to work independently; working in outage time and may require overnight on weekdays, and day/night work on weekends (including Sunday)
