The Works Management Centre Operator is responsible for responding to requests for reactive maintenance services, managing complaints and troubleshooting service issues for the Energy Queensland (EQL) Non-Network Infrastructure Services (NNIS) Contract. It is a key role in providing our customer and subcontractors correct and relevant information, as well as pragmatic solutions to any issues that arise where possible.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have well developed stakeholder management skills, and the proven ability to communicate at all levels and provide exceptional customer service.

You will also have:


  • Proficient experience using relevant computer applications
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer service practices and principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to actively listen
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
