Easternwell is one of Australia's leading drilling, well servicing and remote mobile camp management companies.  We operate under long term contracts and service some of the world’s largest resource companies.

 

Due to our continued growth, Easternwell are looking for a motivated and skilled Operations Support Coordinator to join our team, based in our Toowoomba office (Monday to Friday).
 

About the Role: 

 

The Operations Support Coordinator will report to the Operations Support Manager and will encompass a variety of tasks, with some of the key responsibilities including but not limited to: 

  • Coordinate and manage field personnel rosters, including arranging transportation to and from remote field locations;
  • Booking crews into training courses;
  • Available to be rostered on the on-call after hours and weekend rotations;
  • Manage and maintain employee information and records of field personnel;
  • Other duties as required.
     

Desired experience and skills:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role where you were responsible for the coordination of rosters and/or logistics coordination;
  • Previous experience with management of personnel employment documentations;
  • Have high level communication skills and be able to confidently liaise with senior management and rig crews;
  • Strong computer and MS Office experience;
  • The ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities.
