About The Opportunity:


Broadspectrum has a successful track record of delivering maintenance services to world class industrial facilities with a range of blue-chip clients. We are currently seeking expresssions of interest from people who are capable of leading such contracts. Whether you are developing the customer relationship, being responsible for the delivery of maintenance, projects and shutdowns, or developing new and innovative solutions for the business; we are looking for aspirational people who will lead the contract through its next growth phase. Our solutions include welding, mechanical, scaffolding and a range of sub-contracted services, which help the Plant be as productive as possible, so the role requires:

  • Excellence in building robust and collaborative stakeholder relationships; always putting the customer first and recognizing that their success is our success.
  • Leading large teams and building a highly engaged and productive team culture, where everyone is recognized for the people they are and the value they bring
  • Running the commercial aspects of a contract and driving continuous improvement; including P&L and/or budget management, responsible for cash flows and forecasts, and reporting on key performance metrics


A key component of the role is the development of our Intellectual Property, to ensure we have a marketable difference which will assist in the continued winning of profitable work.

  • Experience of managing key clients and developing long term relationships
  • Commercial acumen and demonstrated P&L management
  • A background in a first or second tier contractor
  • Delivery of maintenance / projects /shutdown services
  • A track record of working with unions
  • Hydrocarbon experience is useful but not a requirement
