Broadspectrum’s track record of delivering contracting services into the Public sector is second to none and this is an exciting “entry opportunity” to join the business at a senior level, where you will have exposure to our leaders and be able to influence and deliver our FM growth strategy. In order to deliver growth and unlock potential within our FM portfolio, the role has two key elements:


  • The ability to grow a business; this will be the outcome of superior customer relationship and influencing skills, as well as the ability to leverage an excellent network of contacts. Knowledge of the education sector will be looked upon favourably.
  • A commercial mindset; this will be reflected in the ability to develop strategies which are innovative, creative and offer solutions which are profitable and deliver sustainable margins.
