About the role

The Head of Business & Facility Excellence leads a multidisciplinary team, overseeing a broad range of activities, including the preparation and maintenance of accounts, financial records and statements, contracts, procurement, budgets, facilities management, asset management, inmate monies and mail, staff training, and health, safety and environment.

In addition, the Head of Business & Facilities Excellence works with all business units to drive system and process improvements and ensure MTC-Broadspectrum’s performance continually meets the State’s performance indicators and other contract requirements.


Skills & Experience

The Head of Business & Facility Excellence brings highly developed communication, negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of disciplines. This person has a clear understanding of day-to-day contractual deliverables and the statutory requirements that may affect the daily operations.


We will be looking for a knowledgeable and motivational leader, who has the ability to engage all types of people and will provide oversight and guidance across strategic, functional and operational levels.
