We are seeking an experience Scheduler to join our Eastlink Alliance, based in Ringwood. The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for programming works associated with the civil assets and landscape vegetation, as well as playing a key role in creating adherence to schedules at all levels of the business.

Experience in the Civil/Landscape industry will be beneficial along with experience in scheduling and maintaining works. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills will ensure every success in this role.

The Key responsibilities to the role include;

  • Driving consistency of good programming and forecasting processes across the business
  • Ensure compliance with systems, processes and procedures embedded across the Alliance
  • Develop, schedule and monitor all programs of work including planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, subcontracted works and projects
  • Source pricing for repairs where related to subcontracted works
  • Track progress and incorporate all changes to costs and time, and ensure these are communicated to relevant stakeholders via the proces
  • Manage planning meetings with relevant project staff and subcontractors.
  • Prepare periodic reports, statistics and answer queries on the program

Along with a methodical style of working and excellent organisation skills we also ask that you have;

  • High level of experience of work tasks scheduling and mobility tools.
  • Experience with Maximo & SAP asset management systems is desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to achieve tight deadlines with high degrees of quality and understanding
  • Understanding of contract conditions and relevant legislation.
  • High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Ability to time manage, set priorities and work to strict deadlines.
