Due to continued growth on our Defence Base Services (DBS) contract, Broadspectrum are seeking a Administration & Document Contoller

 

To support operational outcomes specific to the assessment and continuous improvement of your region (and National) Project Support Services team

 
Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:

  • Manage all documentation systems and deliverables for the Project Support Service.
  • Manage the flow of estate data related to Project Support Services
  • Assist with the evaluation of project provided estate data for compliance with Defence requirements and standards
  • Support internal BRS service lines and local EMOS management
  • Respond to project requests for information
  • Retrieval and transmittal of Drawings for projects in accordance with Project Support Services requirements
  • Provide timely reporting associated with the Project Support Service
  • Maintain the Project Support Services Project register to ensure up to date information is available to BRS on the status of all project works, particularly in relation to commercial requirements to bring new assets into contract.

 

 

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Sound understanding of document control principles
  • High level of computer competency and literacy
  • Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • CAD drafting skills (advantageous).
  • Experience in managing customer service and customer expectations
