Reporting to the Manager Planned Works the purpose of this role is to coordinate and support the Planning Team in the delivery of all maintenance and building projects. This includes playing a strong support role in the management of a large program of works and the provision of administration and coordination services.

 

Experience & Skills:

  • A trade / relevant qualification
  • Experience in building/facilities management related industry
  • Experience preparing scopes and quotes
  • Subcontractor management
  • 5 years’ experience within a similar position/role
  • MS Office experience (intermediate/advanced)

 

Person Profile:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels confidently
  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving and time management
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • High level interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • High level administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Attention to detail
