This is a great opportunity to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition team in this important support role, joining our unique team environment. As a vital part of the day to day runnings of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the broader team with a number of key tasks including:


- General team support including processes, systems and documentation

- Liaising with candidates and providing support to the recruitment process

- Looking after updates to internal websites 

- Providing content and updates to our social media channels

- Managing relationships with internal and external suppliers

- Managing team events and meetings


You will need to have some experience within a support role, ideally with exposure to HR or recruitment but this is not essential. More important is your drive to be part of a genuinely supportive and fun team environemnt, where everyone puts working as a team as a priority. Being able to 'think outside the box' and look at how we can do things better would also be of great benefit, as you will be play an important role in process improvements. Exposure to working with technology to some degree, or within internal systems would also be desirable, but again this is not essential.
