Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our hardworking team in Kaikohe.

We are currently experiencing a significant increase in the development of our Water sector with particular focus on water/wastewater treatment plants and pumping facilities


As a large, multinational organisation we have clients and contracts across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, electrical services and facilities management. As such there may be opportunities for a high performer to direct their career path into other industry sectors or to progress to senior management within the wider Water business.


The Role


Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this hands-on role will see you lead your teams in undertaking tasks associated with the Water Northland Contracts. You will be responsible for scope and pricing, supervising staff contractors, and will need to ensure that safety and quality are a top priority.


About You


You will preferably be a qualified plumber wanting to go into full-time permanent employment; A qualification in Water and Wastewater is also an advantage.  You will need to have a minimum Full Class 1 Driver’s licence.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to plan ahead and problem solve will be key to your success in this role.

You will also need to be a team player; self-motivated; and have a flexible and proactive approach in handling client needs.
