Broadspectrum has an opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand within our Water Projects Team to be based in Kaikohe.

We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated person who will be our partner in delivering excellent customer service and expert water care in the area.

This is an exciting and challenging role where no two days are the same!  

About the Role

Reporting to the Projects Supervisor, you will be leading a small team in the delivery of repare and upgrade of water projectes included water pipes and mains; renewal of water metres; pump stations; and plant facility upgrades.

About the job

As the successful candidate, you will need to have relevant industry qualification – either Infrastructure Certificate Level 3 or Drain Laying Certificate, level 3.  You will also need to have minimum of 2 years pipe laying experience as well as a Full class 1 driver’s licence with WTR

An STMS certificate is an advantage.

Broadspectrum currently holds the Far North District Council maintenance contract and as such, you are expected to be flexible in terms of working under this contract as well.
