About the role

Based out of the office in Forrest ACT and reporting to the Senior facilities Manager – Facilities Coordinator, this role will involve Delivering facilities management services to nominated WOAG Entities undertaking regular cleaning inspections, developing relationships and preparing data to contribute to the monthly operations and cleaning reports


Key responsibilities: ( But not limited to )

  • Managing the onsite cleaning contractor

  • Proactively managing subcontractors, including managing their insurances, reviewing and assessing subcontractor suitability

  • Weekly inspections/audits will be documented and compiled for monthly reporting

  • Monthly cleaning report to be compiled for the client – this will include liaising with two other contractors in VIC and QLD as we need to report on all sites for Jobs

  • You will be the point of contact for the cleaner and the FM’s for any complaints received from the clients

  • Maintain the complaints register for the operations meeting and monthly reports

  • Ensure the cleaning contractor is following the scope of works as defined in the contract document

  • Minimise all complaints on site from the client

  • Maximise the service delivery on site by the cleaners.

  • Managing effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution with cleaning contractors, clients and onsite staff



Skills & Experience:

With a keen desire to develop your career within the property industry; you will be a Team Player with strong attention to detail; the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work unsupervised.


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenWorked in the property industry

  • Enjoy working with people and can build positive relationships

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in a similar role within a Property or Facilities environment

  • High level organisational skills
