Broadspectrum are currently looking to engage an Accommodation Clerk to work on our exciting Defence Base Services contract.

This position is permanent and will see you based at RAAF Edinburgh 
 
The Role
Representing Broadspectrum, you will deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to each and every one of our Defence Members staying on site.
With your strong attention to detail you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Accommodation Desk and will be able to work in a high volume environment.

 
These duties will include, but will not be limited to:
With consistently high occupancy rates, your duties will include:

  • Check in and check out.
  • Liaising with other departments to arrange room maintenance where required.
  • Provide information daily to Sub-Contractor to ensure that all work schedules are adhered to, and assist when and where required to achieve service delivery standards.
  • Ensure all buildings are compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals and consumables to achieve contractual compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with sub-contractors and staff on issues pertaining to service delivery, operational issues, project progress and Continuous Improvement.
  • Provide training and development of individuals to assist with multi-skilling and personal growth.
  • Perform service inspections as scheduled and/or ad hoc on service delivery areas throughout all disciplines of the contract.
  • Provide information for monthly reporting in accordance with contractual and company requirements.

 

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proven Supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasking and time, and to deliver a value for money seamless service to the Client.
  • Proven decision making abilities combined with a highly developed level of innovative thinking.
  • Proven high level of inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Windows based office management systems.
