The Role 
Due to the potential award of a number of ongoing upstream oil and gas maintenance and modification projects, TRACE JV is seeking a number of experienced & qualified Dual Trade Electricians with tube fitting experience for ongoing positions. The role will see you performing scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance activities across a variety of plant and equipment associated with a hydro carbon plant. This role will see you working Monday to Friday and will see you living local to Darwin.
Requirements

  • NT Electrical License
  • Certificate 4 Electrical Instrumentation
  • Certificate 3 Hazardous Areas
  • Low Voltage Rescue 
  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical including D&A
  • Working at Heights highly regarded
  • Enter and Work in Confined Spaces highly regarded
  • High Risk Licenses highly regarded 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in maintenance & fault finding activities
  • Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems and associated hazards
  • Strong, demonstrated working experience in instrument tubing, re-tubing, mechanical tubing supports, pressure testing & commissioning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Understanding of Gas compression & power generation systems 
  • Ability to follow process & procedures  
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
