The Role
This is a full time permanent role based at Duntroon where you will assist with the daily operational functions of the store, and ensure that all elements of the NCSS contract within the base are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements and appropriate Defence and Broadspectrum Services Policy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual who has great communication skills.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all “On Base Services” for Stores performance KPI’s are achieved
  • Responsible for co-ordinating the operational aspects of the nominated store and region
  • Responsible for regional monitoring, verification and reporting of operation performance standards
  • Ensures operational adherence to Defence policy and procedures


Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a logistics/customer services (in retail, especially) or stores environment
  • Experience within Defence sector will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated management, impeccable communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level
  • Demonstrated interpersonal ability to work efficiently as a member of a team
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Australian Citizenship
