Broadspectrum is at the beginning of a new contract with the Thames-Coromandel District Council for Road Maintenance. This is an exciting time to be part of the team as we are looking to grow this part of our business. 

 

About the Role

 

We are looking for a Planning and Programming Coordinator to replace the incumbent who is relocating after 10 years with us.  The successful applicant for this office based role will be responsible for the submission of programmes and claims in RAMM, coordinating Operational planning, reporting and will be the key link between the client,  “team plan” and “team deliver”.

About You

 

The successful candidate will be a team player and have great stakeholder management skills. You will need to be proficient in excel as well as well as other MS Office programmes.

 

Good written and report writing skills and your ability to be organized and methodical in your approach are key to your success in this role.

 

Experience in the Roading industry or working with RAMM is preferred but the right candidate with transferable skills would be considered. 

 

A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and integrity is required for this role as is a high level of computer literacy and great communication skills

 

This will be suitable for an experience RAMM coordinator wanting a different challenge or a junior network inspector wanting to move to the next step of their career.
