A unique opportunity for a HRBP or HR advisor to work across a wide range of business sectors and HR activities in a diverse, complex global organisation.
 

The Role
This role will suit a flexible, tenacious and resilient Human Resources Business Partner or a HR advisor who is seeking to step into a BP role. Change management experience and solid ER/IR skills will be helpful and strong relationship building skills will be useful to you as you coach and mentor business managers through restructures, performance management, PGs etc. This role involves a lot of variety across the HR service spectrum so we will help you to develop the versatility needed to perform as a ‘doer’, a strategist, an investigator and an advisor depending on the situation. Innovation and autonomy are encouraged but you will also be well supported by experienced senior HR colleagues. An understanding of the commercial impact of your decisions and advice and the ability to push back will build your credibility as a business partner. The team and the company
The HR team at Broadspectrum in New Zealand are a small, close-knit, collaborative and supportive unit. HR at Broadspectrum is a shared service that touches every area of the business throughout the country. Broadspectrum are a very diverse business, both in terms of the make-up of our personnel and the types of work that we do. Qualifications, Skills and Experience.
Experience working with a blue collar, unionised workforce will be advantageous
A strong, courageous personality and the ability to make a convincing argument.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SAP/Success Factors experience will be helpful but not essential
Experience working in a matrix organisation will be advantageous
