Custodial staff update
Our recruitment activity is progressing very well. Thank you to everyone who has shown an interest in the positions. Employment letters of offer for Custodial Officer positions are being issued on a staged basis, before Christmas and continuing in early January. Offers will be issued via email.

In January, those who are accepting employment with MTC-Broadspectrum will start to go through the onboarding process. Onboarding involves reading key employment policies and completing employment forms such as those for payroll and superannuation, emergency contacts and so forth. It is completed online and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. We will provide support in this process. Details about the support will be announced in the next issue of ParkLine.

Non - custodial staff update
Current non-custodial staff at the Centre who have applied for positions with MTC-Broadspectrum will be interviewed in January 2019. Our recruitment partner, Skout, is well underway in reviewing applications, phone screening and interviews will commence early in the new year. We will issue employment offers for most non-custodial staff positions in early 2019.
