A culture of excellence, opportunities and care

At Broadspectrum we continue to succeed as a company and a community by bringing to life our core brand value of being the knowledge leader in asset management services. At the same time, we are focused on nurturing our people in a way that helps them achieve their career goals both now and in the future.

A strong set of values guides our behaviours and decisions, no matter where we are or what we do. These include:

  • Integrity: Do what’s right
  • Collaboration: Achieve more together
  • Challenge: Drive to deliver
  • Ingenuity: Create better ways

Our people are empowered to live these values to create a positive, collaborative and flexible work culture, measured through four performance pillars:

  • Perform: Drive competitive performance results
  • Grow: The business
  • Develop: Our people
  • Innovate: Thought leadership

Our brand promise is to leverage our global knowledge and expertise to think differently, innovate and deliver optimal asset productivity. By recognising every employee’s talents, ideas and value, we are committed to listening, understanding and challenging.

A safe place to work

Health and Safety is ingrained in our culture; looking after the safety, health and wellbeing of those who work for Broadspectrum is our highest priority. With the addition of global management practices and Mandatory Safety Rules, our safety culture is something that defines us and highlights the care we show our employees. It is top of mind in everything we do, as we strive to achieve our goal of ‘no injuries to anyone, any time’. We drive Health and Safety through an integrated safety culture that is led by senior management throughout the entire organisation and includes open consultation with clients to keep everyone who works for us safe. We also manage the safety performance of our subcontractors by benchmarking their systems and processes against our own and international standards, and helping to improve their safety systems where needed. Our safety culture is also reinforced by our global ‘10 Million Challenge’, which aims to achieve 10 million hours (about two months) without a Lost Time Injury.

Safety is Broadspectrum’s number one priority; it prevails over all operational and financial decisions and actions. If Health and Safety is your priority too, you can be confident that at Broadspectrum we will look after you.
