Delron is a Ventia company and is one of Australia’s largest facilities services providers. Delron Group offers medium and large commercial cleaning solutions with a focus on office, mine site, health education and event facilities. We also specialise in pharmaceutical GMP and food production HACCP sanitisation.

What we are looking for?

 

  • Must Identify as either Australian Aboriginal & or Torres Strait Islander 
  • Must be safety focused, team player with some knowledge of cleaning safety
  • You are physically able to undertake manual work including lifting, carrying and kneeling
  • You are reliable and self-motivated
  • Industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Pass police check (Not a must but will need to be open about this).
  • Will be required to provide proof of working rights in Australia.
  • Drivers licence is preferable (Not a must).

  • Candidates must be available to be rostered on between 6pm – 6pm flexible shifts / hours might look like
  • Must have a valid Police Check – as discussed, anything disclosed on a PC will be assessed on a case by case basis based on our values and safety
  • Driver Licence is strongly preferred. We do have some walking shifts available, however employees will need to get to site
  • Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
  • Must have good levels of physical fitness – these roles involving walking, going up and down stairs, manual cleaning
  • If candidates have pre-existing issues with Asthma this needs to be flagged, as they may be working in environments with a lot of dust
  • Cleaning experience is not essential, but a bonus!
